Residential Locations that have are permit for Burglar Alarm, no not need a separate one for a Fire Alarm. Commercial locations do.

Commercial / Residential Annual Permit Renewal Fee: $0

Once an alarm location is permitted, it will automatically renew annually.

*Penalty Fees

Failure to register alarm or report updated information: $100

Late fee added to permit and false alarm invoices 45 days past due: $100.00
